Harpefossen offers a network of more than 100 km of marked and signposted trails and paths. Illustrated descriptions are available of 15 hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing routes of varying difficulty levels.
Ten of the hikes start from Varmestova (the heated lounge) near the car park at Harpefossen. Five of the hikes begin at the car park at Furehogane, about a further 2.5 km-drive into Hjelmelandsdalen valley.
The trail network consists of 37 trail junctions and peaks with signs displaying place names and directions. Downloadable hiking maps and trail descriptions with photos are available at the following websites:
